Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

​

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays.

​

Your items will be delivered within 1-3 business days, from the date of order. If ordered after 5pm, your order will be processed on the following business day.

​

Customers are always encouraged to enter accurate address details and contact numbers in order to ensure a timely delivery.

​

Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.

​

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.

The following forms of ID are accepted:

  • Original & Valid National ID

  • Original & Valid Driving License

  • Original passport

​

Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Articles (see exclusions below) are accepted for exchange or return if in an unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. The buyer will bear any return shipping charges.

  • Articles with exchange or full refund are accepted for return in case of any manufacturing defect if returned in an unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Lensman Express will pickup the defected item form the buyer.

  • You may return any article subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered.

  • On receipt of the product, our quality assurance department will review the condition and make a declaration of acceptance or non acceptance.

  • On the basis of the declaration, we will inform you the status within 7 working days of receiving the product.

  • On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the refund within 7 working days.

  • Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit card to appear.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Customized items and items bought through Promotional offers are not eligible for return.

Include all original packaging and collateral material. 

Please provide at least the following information in your return request package.

 

•  Online Order Number

•  Reason for Return

•  Your contact details

INSURE YOUR PACKAGE 

Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. 

Return shipment charges will be bear by the sender and Lensman Express will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipment.

 

Please note that returns without any of the above information, uninsured or improperly packaged may not be accepted.
